The place is clean, staff were very kind and friendly, and their vehicles are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
Unlike other terrible experiences I had in the past renting vehicles from Guadalajara's airport, where they jack-up your original price and add all sorts of extra fees and insurance, despite you reserving on-line and buying insurance, my business transaction with Alpro Rent a Car was incredibly smooth and transparent. I appreciated their honesty, attention, and business ethic.
One plus for me regarding this place is the fact that Mr. Jaime and the owner in addition to being honest business people, they are kind and compassionate human beings taking care of some beautiful stray cats that showed up at their business.
I am very pleased with my experience, and I look forward to rent from them again in the future.
